SMART-Care Enhanced Membership Plan

By submitting this form, you agree to enroll in SMART-Care Enhanced and authorize annual billing for the Enhanced Membership Plan. SMART-Care Enhanced automatically renews for additional annual terms unless either party provides written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the end of the current term.

Onsite service is not included unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, SHORE Smart Home may schedule an onsite service visit at standard service rates.
