Clear Support, Clear Expectations
SMART-Care provides a clearer support path for connected homes, including remote diagnostics and repair. When an issue cannot be resolved remotely, it can be escalated to the SHORE Smart Home onsite service team.
Onsite technical support is billable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. Concierge members receive preferred labor rates for eligible onsite service work.
SMART-Care support may use tools such as OvrC for remote diagnostics, rebooting supported devices, and helping resolve connected-home issues more efficiently.
