SHORE Smart Home is a technology integration company serving luxury homes, custom builds, renovations, and established residences throughout the Jersey Shore and South Jersey.
Systems integration means bringing different technologies together so they work as one complete experience. That may include wiring a new home during construction, installing speakers and televisions, programming lighting scenes, building a reliable home network, integrating cameras and access control, setting up control systems, or supporting a client after the installation is complete.
The finished result should feel simple for the homeowner. Behind that simplicity is planning, installation, testing, programming, documentation, and service.

Our clients trust us inside their homes, often while working alongside builders, architects, interior designers, electricians, and other trades. That requires professionalism, respect for the property, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly.

The Kind of Work You May Be Involved In
Smart Home Installation
Assist with the installation of control systems, lighting control, networking equipment, audio/video systems, cameras, access control, and related technology.
Prewire & Construction Coordination
Work in new construction and renovation environments to install low-voltage wiring, structured cabling, speaker wire, network cabling, camera wiring, shade wiring, and other infrastructure.
Audio, Video & Entertainment
Support the installation of televisions, speakers, media-room systems, theater equipment, outdoor audio, and entertainment systems.
Networking & Connected Home Systems
Help build the network foundation that supports Wi-Fi, streaming, cameras, control systems, remote access, and smart home reliability.
Service & Support
Assist with troubleshooting, system updates, client support, remote support coordination, and onsite service.
Who We Look For
We look for people who care about the quality of their work and understand that the details matter. Experience in low-voltage, electrical, construction, networking, audio/video, security, or smart home systems can be helpful, but attitude and reliability matter just as much.

Ongoing Education and Industry Training
The smart home industry changes quickly, and the right team members are always learning. SHORE Smart Home supports ongoing education through hands-on field experience, manufacturer training, internal coaching, and industry resources that help our team grow over time.
Team members may have opportunities to learn through programs and organizations such as ProSource Academy, HTA, CEDIA, and manufacturer-led training. These resources help support the skills behind professional installation, low-voltage wiring, networking, lighting control, audio/video, smart home programming, service, and client support.
We do not expect every applicant to arrive with every skill already in place. We do look for people who are dependable, curious, coachable, and interested in building a career in smart home technology.
